Saint Thomas, Virgin Islands Real Estate?
I am trying to buy a cheap condo in St. Thomas, VI. I was wonder which quarters should I steer clear of. I am thinking of getting a place in Kings Quarter (Hillside Village Condos) or South Side Quarter (Plantation Manor Condos).
