Players Club Tours answers:

You don’t say what country you’re from, but whatever your nationality you will be to be fluent in French and have a thorough working knowledge for your chosen field.

If your from a country outside the EU, and don’t have a passport from a EU country, then you can’t move to France and work. You can stay in the country for up to 90 days as a tourist, you can get a long-stay visa providing you can prove you have the money to support yourself without working, you can study at an approved French university and get a study visa, or you can apply for a job in France before making the move there. The problem with the latter choice is that any French employer will need to prove that there are no French or EU citizens available to do the job. So, to get work in France you will need skills that are not usually available there. Certainly you will need some qualifications, so you need to get a university degree before you even think about moving.
