How tough is moving out of the USA to a third world country?
I am 100% Cambodian background, but born in the USA. I am interested in moving to Cambodia or at least attempting to live there. There must be various requirements before I move there and I am wondering what they are if anyone has gone though the process. Right now my mother lives there.
Also I am in process of getting a computer science degree.

You will probably do OK because you have an American degree in a desirable field, BUT you will not be able to make nearly as much money as you would in the States, and you would have to be wary of food quality, water quality, air quality, crime issues, political issues, etc. I would visit first.
